Returns/Exchange/Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges with store credit only within 2 days from the date your order was delivered to you.
We video record the package process for every order to make sure the product reaches customer in good shape. If you receive a defective product please contact us within 2 days of delivery for a return. Please include photo of damage.
In order to be eligible for a return, items must be mused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by the Customer and should be returned only if they are in their original packaging including tags. Please note that we do not provide any refunds on goods sold. Instead we will issue it store credit if your return is accepted.
To return an item simply email us at teamjelda@gmail.com or contact 9150075707 within 2 days of receiving the product, and we will ensure a prompt response. Please note that all custom made orders are non-returnable and non-returnable unless an incorrect item is shipped to you.
Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, dates, customer fees and taxes (if applicable) for returning your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error. Any costs incurred by the Jelda for return shipping will be deducted from the refund. We recommend shipping the return using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
We strive to ensure that the details of product or product specifications (weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) are as accurate as possible. Products shown on Jelda.in are only approximate and any differ from the refund product due to a variety of reasons beyond our control. We at the Jelda believe that all Customers who order online are fully aware of the colour discrepancies shown on their monitor can be slightly different as compared to the actual product colours.
Please also note, no items will be accepted for returns or exchange just because the customer did not like how it looked on them, or sudden decision of the colour that does not suit them. Customers are requested to select their size very carefully. If an item does not, fit it is only because

you selected a size that was not meant for you. We will only exchange wrong sized items if we had sent a size that was different from what was ordered by the customer.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Order cancellation
Due to the amount of investment that goes in both in terms of time and money, we do not accept any cancellation.
